1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Quad, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
Quad is exclusively for currently enrolled students, faculty, and alumni of verified Indian colleges. You must be 16 years of age or older. You must provide accurate information during registration, including a valid college ID for student verification.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to: post content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or illegal; impersonate other users or misrepresent your affiliation; spam or engage in unauthorized commercial activity; attempt to circumvent the platform's verification system; scrape or collect user data without authorization.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you post on Quad. By posting, you grant Quad a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the platform. You may delete your content at any time.
5. Marketplace
Quad provides a peer-to-peer marketplace for students to buy and sell items. Quad is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Users conduct transactions at their own risk.
6. Batch Rooms
Content posted in Batch Rooms is visible only to students in the same branch, college, and academic year. You must not share or screenshot Batch Room content outside the platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Repeated violations will result in permanent bans.
8. Disclaimer
Quad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content, job postings, or marketplace listings. Use the platform at your own risk.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
